the room i stayed in was a beautiful king room. it had soft towels. the shower included two shower heads. the staff was professional in all aspects of their service.
the hotel have no doorman so it was not obvious where reception was.

The room was a great size. The bed had comfortable linens. The shower provided excellent water pressure. Staff was lovely and remembered many details. The service for the room provided excellent amenities. The staff ensured I always got fresh water and additional treats.
The door person was absent upon my arrival. I spent a time looking around the reception area. Check-in took too long. The employee did not point out checkout time or key fob importance. I had problems getting back to my room without those details.

My room included blackout curtains. It also included a television with many channels. The climate control system worked effectively, maintaining a constant temperature. An in-room safe secures valuable items.

the staff had A "can do" attitude and they were very helpful.
I experienced issues with Noise levels. the room faced a busy road and lacked proper soundproofing. Traffic and sirens were audible consistently. breakfast was mediocre. Nothing stood out as delicious, failing to meet expectations for a hotel of this class.
